Italkit 74cc Cylinder Kit
Early Piaggio engines

Italkit cylinders are produced by Italy's legendary Gilardoni factory and as expected benefit from high end manufacturing systems, great reliability and high performance.

This particular kit uses a 1 piece head and aluminium nikasil lined barrel. It features 5 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port which are worked to a superb finish. It also comes with a Vertex piston that has two rings.

This is one of the only kits still in production for the early spring mounted Piaggio engines and a very special kit at that.

To get the best from this one we would recommend a larger carburettor, if this isn't an option at first then don't worry strong results are achievable with an increase in the main jet size.
