Pricing
All information including pricing
is deemed correct as published on this web site. We
reserve the right to alter and modify the pricing and
specification of products without notice. We also reserve
the right to withdraw products at any time. Prices include
VAT at the current applicable rate.
Payments
We will only despatch items once payment
is received in full. If an item cannot be sent for any
reason you will be notified and offered an alternative
or refund within 48hrs.
Guarantee
All products sold on this website
are covered by their respective manufacturers 12mth
guarantee unless stated otherwise. All exhaust systems
carry a 60 day warranty unless stated otherwise in the
product listing. This warranty does not cover any rust
forming on any part of the system and only covers the
system against faulty workmanship.
The following parts should be fitted
by trained professionals only CYLINDER KITS, GEAR KITS,
CLUTCHES and in some cases EXHAUSTS.
Delivery
Please allow upto 7 days for delivery
after despatch, although our normal service is same
or next working day despatch. All items despatched in
the UK will need a signature. Its is your responsibility
to check all items upon receipt. If there are any signs
of damage to the goods or packaging it must be noted
on the carriers consignment before signing. Any goods
damaged must be reported to ADRENALIN within 24hrs of
receipt whilst the carriers insurance is still valid.
Returns
Goods delivered correctly and in accordance
with your order will not be accepted for credit or refund
unless you advise us in writing beforehand.
You are entitled to cancel any order placed with us
(Special Orders cannot be cancelled) within seven days
of receipt of the goods providing that the packaging
is un-opened and that the goods have not been used.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
in undamaged original packaging.
Providing the conditions above have been met we will
issue a refund for the products only.
All such returns must be accompanied by the original
receipt.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in accordance
with original means of payment. Under no circumstances
will cash refunds be given.
